Terms of Service

By purchasing any of our products, interacting with our community, or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use Furrow Host services.

1) Servers Policy

We allow purchases for fair use only. Purchasing only a Bungee/Proxy server from Furrow Host is not allowed. If we find a customer account running only a Bungee/Proxy server, the service may be terminated immediately. At least half of the backend servers connected to your Bungee/Proxy must be hosted with Furrow Host.

2) Refunds & Cancellations

All products are eligible for cancellation and a 100% refund within 24 hours of purchase if the service has not been delivered or is not in working condition. Refunds requested after 24 hours may be denied. Proof and a valid reason are required for refund consideration.

3) Liability

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. While we may take periodic offsite backups for certain ranges (e.g., game servers, select VPS tiers), Furrow Host is not liable for data loss. We strongly recommend you keep your own regular backups.

4) Community Conduct

When interacting with users or staff, be respectful. Spamming, harassment, hate speech, threats, or disruptive behavior may result in mutes, removal from our channels, and/or account termination without warning.

5) Fair Use Policy

Game plans include unmetered bandwidth and defined storage under fair use. If you utilize proxy/bungee services on Furrow Host, at least 3 out of every 5 IPs connected to your Bungee must be Furrow Host servers. Storage usage must not negatively impact other users on the node.

• General guideline: ~5 GB disk per 1 GB RAM allocated.
• Upload only files directly relevant to your game/server. Large archives, non-related backups, and unrelated data are prohibited.
• We may suspend services or remove files/backups for misuse or overuse of storage.
• Storage upgrade requests may be accepted or denied at our discretion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate without refund for activities including (but not limited to): DDoS (inbound/outbound), crypto mining, constant excessive CPU/RAM usage, causing network instability, or any actions that damage or disrupt our infrastructure or other users’ experience. Use of services for illegal activities (e.g., DDoS operations, torrent hubs, etc.) will result in immediate suspension/termination without refund.

All virtual servers come with dedicated CPU core and memory allocations. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for service abuse.

6) Lack of Payment

• Services are suspended after 1 day of non-payment.
• Late fees may apply after 3 days.
• All files may be deleted after 5 days of continued non-payment. Data recovery is not guaranteed.

7) Anti-Crash / Swap Allocation

We may allocate a minimal amount of swap to reduce the chance of crashes or data loss when container RAM is exhausted. You may request removal of this allocation via a support ticket, but stability is then your responsibility.
